About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or order from Al Sheikh Traders ("we", "us", "our"), Rawalpindi, Pakistan. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Products, prices and availability

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and may change without notice.
• Product photos are for illustration. Colour and finish can look slightly different on screen, and packaging may vary.
• Stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable or a price was shown by mistake, we will contact you before going ahead, and you can change or cancel your order.
• Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed with you before dispatch.

Placing an order

When you place an order on the website, you are making a request to buy. Our team will call you to confirm the items, price, delivery charge and delivery details. Your order is accepted once we confirm it with you.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the details cannot be confirmed, or we suspect fraud. If you already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you in full.

You can cancel free of charge before your order is shipped by calling or messaging us. After it has shipped, see damaged or wrong items below.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier when your order arrives.
• Bank transfer: we share our account details after confirming your order.

Stay safe: we only share bank details from our official numbers (03357100850 / 03325291273) or email (alsheikhtraders26@gmail.com). If anyone else asks you to pay on our behalf, please check with us first.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan with careful packing so fragile items arrive safely. Delivery time depends on your city and the product, and we confirm an estimate when you order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and delays by couriers or events outside our control can happen.

Please make sure someone is available at the address and phone number you gave us.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, tell us right away, ideally within 48 hours, with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or fix as soon as possible.

For other returns or exchanges, contact us first. Items should be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Approved returns are handled case by case.

10-year anti-leak guarantee

Covered products come with our 10-year anti-leak guarantee. It covers leaks caused by manufacturing defects. To use it, keep your invoice and contact us with your order details and photos of the problem. We will inspect the issue and repair or replace the affected product.

The guarantee does not cover problems caused by:

• Incorrect installation or plumbing not done to normal standards
• Accidental damage, misuse, or harsh chemicals and cleaners
• Normal wear and tear, such as washers and seals wearing over time
• Water quality issues, such as heavy scale or very high water pressure

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under Pakistani law.

Fitting and installation help

We are happy to advise on choosing products and can help arrange a fitter. Where a fitter is arranged, the installation work is carried out by that fitter, and any charges are agreed with you in advance.

Wholesale and bulk orders

Special prices for builders, contractors, hotels and other large orders are given as written quotes. A quote is valid for the period stated on it, and these terms apply unless the quote says otherwise.

Reviews and messages you send

When you leave a review, you let us show it on our website and marketing, together with the name and description you entered. Reviews are checked before they appear, and we may decline or remove reviews that are false, offensive, or not about our products or service.

Please do not send anything unlawful, abusive or that belongs to someone else.

Using our website

• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
• Do not copy our product photos, text, logo or design for commercial use without permission.
• We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or damage caused by incorrect installation. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be discussed with us in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the courts of Rawalpindi.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed.
